PRICING STRUCTURE
Because our systems or tailor-made for each client, our pricing structure necessarily has to be flexible.
We base our business model on a 1 year Service Level Agreement (SLA) which includes the initial SQL database development, clinic and letter templates. This costs tend to vary according to the amount of additional development time that clients request.
The cost for a typical setup is:
Configuration and Installation
from £1,500 for basic setup
Clincal Template Development
each clinic setup £2,400
Reporting Configuration
£350 for each pre-set report
Training
£450 per day
Service Level Agreement include helpdesk support (09:00 to 17:00), performance/monitoring of servers including backups and disaster recovery. Some SLAs can include develoipment time for changes but these can be ad hoc at £45 per hour.
